...my mp3 phone? I have a samsung Katalyst (Samsung T739) and i need to shrink the mp3 files so i can make save it to my phone other than my memory card.

Well the program i use is BlazeMP3 ( http://www.blazemp.com/downloads.html ) , it allows you to change the bitrate and frequency on a mp3/wav track which reduces filesize but also quality.
