My Iphone Custom Ringtone doesn't work?

So I basically just made a custom ringtone directly from iTunes and it sounded perfectly fine on iTunes but when I put it on my iPhone and someone calls me nothing happens, I cannot hear the ringotne although the call is smooth. Whenever i play the other ringtones it works.

By the way all of my products are updated to the most recent versions (iPhone, iTunes, etc.) Thanks
