265/75/R16 is about as big as I'd go. That equates to about 32 inches. remember the bigger the tire, the more it affects the overall effective rear end ratio. If you have a tall rear end (3.55 or less) the truck will seem sluggish, your speedometer and odometer will be off somewhat as well.
