how to download sony ericsson k800i games from sony ericsson website?

i have recently bought a sony ericsson k800i. on the sony ericsson website you can download games for your phone from there. i am trying to download 'qudrapop', it says to do this u need to save it to the 'my content' section on the website... but i have no idea how to even get to that stage as i dont know how to actually get it to start downloading. i cant seem to find a link to take me to the download process or to get it to download to the 'my content' section as it instructs you to do. please help!

to play them
connect ur phone
go to the memory stick
find the "other" file and paste the soft ware in there
discoonect ur phone
go to the "other' file and select it and it will instal

to uninstal just delete it
