The bagel is not good, once a week would be OK, but not everyday. I would try and swap the bagel for two slices of wholewheat toast with some fruit spread or whatever you prefer.
I don't actually eat breakfast, all I have is coffee, so yours is definitely healthier than mine regardless!
thats quite a healthy one, i had egg rice fish and coffee. typical for asian tables. can't complain.
