Ok, When I was in High School my best friend dragged me to see Bon Jovi. Ratt was the opening act, and I was more interested in them, but after the show my friend and I see Joe Lynn Turner (then of Rainbow)
We both stood there like two complete morons arguing about which one of us should approach him, by then it was too late.

EPIC FAIL!

Basically we stood there arguing about whether it was him or not, and then which of us would approach him. We stood there doing this for at least 5 miinutes while Joe Lynn Turner stood there watching us, highly amused.

I dont think what happened to you could be described as tounge tied, it was more along the lines of stage fright.

But to answer the true question, yes i have gotten tounge tied when i meet people. It happens everyday, i can't really talk to anyone...i just have problems accually talking to other people...
