it gets quite annoying... i know a group of people i used to be friends... or still am... i'm not quite sure....... that gossip about me!! they haven't done that until recently, when i found out that they were friends with someone that i disliked very much........ and that person also dislikes me....... just because i wore something odd one day!!! WTF?? what should i do??

Friends that gossip about you are not really friends. Move on and find people who appreciate you for who you are. Its their loss!
From the reason you indicated they appear to be pretty shallow......why would you want to be friends with them anyway?
