i am unable to connect to the internet, even though outlook and skype works fine. I have not downloaded or installed any new programmes and the last time i was online i connected to the internet with no problem. I use AVG and mozilla

That happens to our computer sometimes.... but if you cant connect to the internet how did you post this question????
Just let it be for a while then it should connect... or restart the computer and it will eventualy connect.

my computer is usualy a big pain connecting to the internet but usualy if we just restart it ...then it works fine.
