you can set it as your ringtone either from ur profiles area or from somewhere in the phone settings.. =)

It's hard to say without knowing the phone but the new ringtone should have been sent to where your other ring tones are, under 'my downloads' or something. You should be able to find the ring tones under settings or sound setting and select it.
