It can't be like too expensive but it has to be a good picture taking camera... If you can give me the brand and exact name that would be great.

Go with Canon or Nikon. Both companies make outstanding cameras. I would visit cnet.com. They give very helpful video reviews on cameras and such. Very helpful to people interested in purchasing one. Hope this helps you.
