Im and 13 years old and am 4'11. I dont want to lose weight but i eat really sugary foods. I just dont know what to eat at lunch when i buy lunch instead of take and when i get home from school and snacks and dinners and breakfeasts. I dont want to get fat. Im a cheerleader and am small for my age. But i want to stay that way!! plz help me find a diet for everyday that will help me stay within 2200 calories!! Plz and thanx!!
