how to send an MP3 ringtone to my slvr phone? i have cingular.?

i want the song stronger by kanye west to be my ringtone

does anyone know how can i do this for free or low-cost ?
can i email it as an attachment or something ? or send it with bluetooth ?

any help is appreciated.

i tried ventones and used the send to phone option, but all it sent me was a text message with the download link
i just realized i have the slvr l6 (which is not mp3 player) not slvr l7 (the mp3 player one) does this mean that to get a ringtone i will have to buy it from the cingular store ?

If you have internet access on your phone you can send it via a WAP uploading site, but it will probably cost a bit if you don't have a media package. (It'll still be a little less than buying a ringtone most likely)

search "WAP Upload" on google and follow the sites directions
