The trailers showing up in YouTube and other places are gags.
The boat sank at the end and we know what happened to all of the characters, so there's nothing left to base a sequel on.
EDIT - Sorry about the shout at the beginning. It's just that I've seen this same question several times, answered with the same thing I told you, and it's getting pretty old.

Uh, the boat sank. What the hell would there be a sequel for? Check imdb.com for your own sake, but I would have to say... Duh! Oh, wait let me guess...... Titanic 2 The Story of a Dead Guy at the Bottom of the Ocean. Yeah I have great hopes.....
