10 POINTS! -- Help with the Samsung SCH-u740!?

ok when i open mine the sideways way so i can use to keyboard it looks crooked and also the side of the phone were it flips open on it getting all scratched and it looks like its rubbing when i open it sideways, does this happen with anyone else?! please helpp becuase i dont know if i should return it or if it is normal.. thanks

i also have this phone but when i open it its not crooked it has to be in the line where it sits or where the screen sits but i suggest if u have insurance or warranty u shoould excahnge it for a new one.
