HELP!! My sony walkman got stuck while I was playing a video HELP!!!?

Ok so I downloaded this video and placed it into my walkman. When I played it, it got stuck and I couldn't do anything else.... so I turned it off and now it won't turn back on!! HELP ME!!

What should I DO??
