the best receiption from a Mobile TV Antenna??

What is considered to be the best interior mounted mobile TV Antenna while your vehicle is underway? for receipt of VHF/UHF signals? i know it would have to be something that does not require a constant line of sight......but what??

Line of sight doesn't matter with FM (VHF/UHF are in the FM band). So an amplified antenna is preferable. The problem is most antenna's are directional. The amplified omni-directionals are ok, but not great.
