Is it possible to use a Go Phone from Cingular with a Sim Card from T-mobile?

Are prepaid phones interchangeable between networks simply by changing the Sim Cards?

Mostly yes. The sim gives the phone it's characteristics for calling. The phone features will never change. Just know that if you want to do pictures or internet, you will have to get the customer care to help you troubleshoot to configure it for their network.

Forgot to mention that you will have to get the phone unlocked for sim use on another carrier's network. You may have to pay someone a few dollars to do that for you.
