yes they do. its $250 for T-Mobile and $350 for AT&T

Just buy one on ebay, make sure it is a Verizon, then go to http://www.uglyeric.com to have it activated free with some free minutes, then you can even sign up for unlimited minutes if you want, its prepaid with no contract and the cheapest.

U.S. Cellular will sell you any phone they carry as prepaid at a decent rate if you live in U.S. Cell Market
