My security Code for my Motorola w315 cell phone wont work...?

I keep trying to access my voicemail, when it asks me for my security code I put in what it says in the manual but no matter what it wont work. I tried the last 4 digits of my phone number, 1234, and 000000. I don't know what to do, I'm getting voicemails but I cannot listen to them, Help!

it might be 0000 I have that same phone and same problem at times it might be the four last numbers of ur social security code.~hope I have halped Morgan

call your service provider. if your not the head of the account the head will have to be with you so they can get the information.
