    New Motorola phone problem?

I just recieved a brand new, wonderful phone for the winter holiday, for the first twenty minutes the phone worked wonderfully. I later went on to finish charging the phone for the rest of the day, when I returned to get my phone and disconnect it from the charger this message appeared:

    Boot Loader
    08.A0
    SW Version:
    R3511_G_0A.52.06R
    PHONE CODE SIG ERROR:
    35:02:

    OK to Program
    Connect USB

    Data Cable

What does this mean? What do I have to do to correct this problem?
the phone is the motorola L6

turn it off, take out the battery, remove the calling card if you have one, put it back in and turn on the phone. Does the message still show? If so call the manufacturer or your service provider such as t moblie, sprint, nextel, verizon... and ask them why it does this. You didnt give a model of the phone, there are hundreds of motorolla phones so I cant give you exact instructions on what to do. Best thing to do, wait till tommorow to call customer support because everything is closed today..
