embarrassing problem, i really dont want to go to the dr! ?

everytime i have sex, it hurts so bad! i will admit my partner and i have sex very often, about everyday, this may lead to the issue that my vagina hurts really bad when we have sex. i take good care of my body, im not sure what to do. i really do not like going to the doctor. is there anything i can do at home or buy that could help?
