It's pretty simple if you have the tools...depending on the car it may take a square drive ratchet or a metric wrench...either 13mm or 15 mm in most cases. on your radiator support...or on the bottom side of the hood or on the strut mount there should be a diagram of how the belt goes on. Good luck
Special tools required, not a really a diy procedure, thus the expense which is not unreasonable given that the belt is around $60 from the dealer.
