the themese on the sonyericsson w910i?

i jus watched a video by the inderpendent on sonyericsson website, and the menu to a theme look different to how ive got it, at the moment my menu in like a grid but the one on the video u sort of rotated the menu to the next one if that makes sense, how do i do this ( i think i cant coz orange network give there own settings but if there is a way please let me kno)

Ok I have this phone and have just done it for you , I just hope I can get it back to mine.
Go to "settings" then you will see "general", scroll to the right twice to "display". Click on themes and choose "Eclipse".
