...work. Can I fix that? I get regular text messages fine, but i dont recieve/cant sent picture messages..
i live in the united states.

Depends. I Bought An Unlocked Phone From Overseas, Because The Phone Was Not My Providers, Lot Of The Features Would Not Work. Better Check In To It.
