Is there a way to build fixed gear bike?

what i mean is i have a Mountain bike old specialized with horizontal drop outs is there a link someone could post that shows me how to convert this bike to fixed gear without buying anything extra cause i have no money to spend but i do want a fixed gear bike so i want to convert this Mountain bike

You would need to buy a new hub. One with a fixed gear instead of a freewheel. The cheapest option would be to buy a hub that is the same size as your current wheel. That way you could use the same wheel and laces.
