Reduce the size, or fat on my legs?
One of my buds told me that riding a bike is like a cardio workout, and to lose the fat or reduce the size of my legs i need to keep up a fast heart beat or pace.
Or is there anything else i can do? Mainly want to reduce the size and get rid of some fat on my legs, from my ankle to my waist basically.
