ebay problem i sold a cell phone to a buyer on ebay now they have problems with it?

help I sold this person my working phone and there was nothing wrong w/it before i sold it. I just sold it because i had to upgrade. Now they say it shuts off? that never happened to me. I did have insurance on this phone. what do i do now?

Really Its Up To You! Usually Sellers On Ebay Say Sold As Is! It Really Depends On What You Think! If Its Not Too Much Of A Hassle, Try And Get It Fixed For Them.
