present in our time? i was praying the other day about speaking in tongues and i came home and i focused on Jesus and i began speaking in some really odd syllables...I thought it was speaking in tongues so anyway i wanted to test this out so i mowed the lawn (the lawn mower is really loud) and i focused on Jesus and praising him and i began to speak the same utterances. I could not hear myself but my mouth was moving! I could focus on jesus and think about a passage WHILE i was speaking in "tongues" i really want to know if it was God speaking to me and I to Him or...something else My spirit tells me that it is real but i keep hearing opposition to it from others
