    My friend has Cincinnati bell and i have cingular or At@t?

    He recently got a new phone and i was wondering if i could use his old Cincinnati bell phone if i unlock it? or how to unlock it

    Ya sure only after unlocking the phone from its present network provider you can freely use it with cincinnati bell or any other GSM sim ..You can easily unlock your phone using sites like SuperUnlockCodes.com here they are rendering network unlock code for all mobile models at reliable cost ..You first check that whether the code is available for your mobile model ,country and network provider .If yes then pay for it and unlock the phone then freely use it with any GSM sim ..
