VP's should be qualified to be president. That's a fact.

Do you even know what the VP duties are? I guess not. FYI the VP duty consist ONLY to break tie votes in the senate. He or she may be assigned additional duties by the president but, as the Constitution assigns NO executive powers to the vice president, in performing such duties he or she acts ONLY as an agent of the president.

Running for President is a lot different than running for VP. I would be careful about the info you got, because the net is full of wrong and misleading info about Palin.
