will BestBuy make a deal on pricing?

They can price match for you. If you see the item you like cheaper in someone elses add. Also they sell "open box" items that you can usually get a pretty good deal on. They will usually work with you to get you a good deal.
As far as regular retail items.. it might be a little harder to get a deal. But it will mainly depend on the type of manager they have in that store. Some are easier to make a deal with than others.
