Hi everyone, I have a Samsung Glyde that I bought about 2 months ago, but I absolutely hate it. I wanted to get the Moto Q 9m. This phone retails for $419, but costs only $100 with a new 2 year contract.

My plan was to terminate my contract early, pay the $175 fee, start a new 2 year and buy the Moto Q for $100. This would make the phone a grand total of $275, saving myself $144 off the retail price.

As far as I know, I should be able to do follow through with this without problem. Am I missing something in the fine print that wouldn't allow me to do this like I planned? Or did I just invent a clever way to save myself a bit of money?

Thanks!
