    I have a 1999 7.4 Ltr. Chevy Suburban with low compression on cylinder #5...

    ...(90 psi). What does that mean? ? What do you think I should do?

    That Means You Need To Have The Engine Rebuilt. But I Would Take It Somewhere Else For A Second Opinion.
