colour? For some reason it's only one certain DVD that this is happening with, but it doesn't seem to be the DVD thats the problem coz when I played it on my PS2 it was fine. I really don't understand!

Any help will be REALLY appreciated! x

your scart lead is loose, push it in properly at both ends.
this will correct your problem.

try your scart lead hunny mine does it if my scart is loose or the actual scart on the telly could be loose .

If it played it then it indeed is region free. YOu may be dealing with
a PAL/NTSC issue. I *think* you are in the UK, so you need to check how
your dvd player plays back NTSC material, and how your tv needs to be
set to display it, if it can. The argument can be reversed if you are
in an NTSC region.

See if the player has a PAL / NTSC switch, toggle between them or leave on auto.

Or check the cabling is tight and secure.
