Like what im trying to say is, if you eat A LOT of fruit and vegetables, and Cereals, anything with whole grain in it.. "Will You Get Really Fat", and if u dont exercise too?

Well i do "Sometimes", when im off my 1,500 calories a day, for some odd reason my body wants to eat a TON of food.

So IF im going to eat a lot, im going to eat a lot of healthy foods..

So my question is can you eat a lot of healthy foods and not get as fat if u did eat Unhealthy foods?

When im "eating normally", i will eat 1,500 calories a day, and go running for an hour, and sometimes an hour and a half ( depends if i got enough sleep the night before)


I just want to know, and even if i didn't exercise AT ALL, is it still really good just to eat a lot of healthy foods?
