Figure out Blocked NBR from t-mobile?

Does anyone know a way where you can figure out Blocked NBR from t-mobile? I'm using motorola.

LIKE What you said i am having the same problem but... i have more information this guy somehow got my number and is now calling me treatining and i have tmobile and i go to the site to see and it says "Blocked NBR" and .... v.v its not helping....
