i hate my parents they never trust me !!!!?

seriously i just want to be on the phone to my mates and like they think i'm doing something wrong and they took my phone of me.
i hate them being in control of me they are so mean they never let me do anything what should i do i tried telling them just give me some space and all they do is take my life away from me. i know they being protective but its so annoying
i never use the phone actually and the question isnt about taking sides of my parents/
