For the longest time I've been trying to put some TV shows on my iPod Classic but it needs to be in a certain format to play. My files are AVI format right now. Recently, apple came out with iTunes 8 and said that it could convert my files into AAC for free. I get that and find out that even with the upgrade, iTunes won't even IMPORT the files into the library to be converted! So I have a big dilemma, every time I try to import the AVI into iTunes, it doesn't show so I can't covert it into the correct format and put it on my iPod. Obviously, it's trying to tell me it needs to be converted BEFOREHAND, which I have no other programme that will do it except iTunes (so what was the point of upgrading iTunes? lol) ... Does anyone have any advice? I'm slowly going insane!
