My computer won't let me watch any videos from the internet... (e.g. youtube, megavideo...)

It gives me a message that says ''Hello, you either have JavaScript turned off or an old version of Adobe's Flash Player. Get the latest Flash player. ''

But I did download the latest flash player.. Does anyone know how to fix this problem?
