it wont show how many youve texted

i had 400 text and i used them all up but so far i've recived and sent 2 ...i wanted to know will my bill tell me how many times i've texted or will they just add the money on my bill cause i went over my text, and ppl wont quit texting me all these chain letter even tho i tell them to stop
