If i open up a cell phone plan with tmobile will i also get the tmobile hotspot...

sorry i mean using the wifi with a laptop from a tombile hotspot like at starbucks or kinkos
 
Anytime you use any Wi-Fi on your cell phone. You still pay for the air time even though the access might be free.
