my first car is a bmw or porsche................?

ok, i have been a straight A student since 5th grade. and i am getting my first car. my parents told me to choose. so i want a bmw 128i convertible or porsche boxster s.... i know people say we teenager crash your first cars... not everyone..

can you give me the pro's and con's

Kay i'm not sure if i can give you pros and cons, but i can tell you this: when making your decision, pick whichever car that will protect you the best. that's what a car is for, to protect you. so hope this helps

dont get either. be smart and save your parents money..have them invest it in a codo or a townhouse especially now that homes prices are dropping.
cars have no resale value what so ever and are all about vanity..sure a fast german car is nice but that can wait. cars will always be there for you..home prices may go up someday and then youll be sleeping in your pretty car.
Even if you dont want to move out yet you can rent the house and move in when your ready.

Dont get caught yp in the vanity game that is AMERICA now days.

Besides high octane gas, and repairs/service for those cars is insane.

Holy cow, my first car was a 95 jeep cherokee, 150k miles, rusted like crazy, and cost me $500. my parents wouldnt even give me a DIME. and i even worked full time while i was in highschool, kept my grades a C average, just to buy that rust buckek. and what happend? i didnt wreck it. someone hit me. its not just you driving, its everyone else. anything can happen and your learning. its a waste of money if you ask me.

theres people like me working overtime and double shifts, just to pay off a 3000 car loan, rent, insurance, bills, and gas. think, dont act spoiled.

I drive an SLK 55 AMG, I'm only 20, got it when I was 18, just make sure you take care of whatever you get, and respect the power. teens mainly driving like idiots with high-end cars they get usually end bad!!!
bmw is def a nice choice!!
