I have known that I've been intolerant to wheat since I was 12. During my senior year of high school, I discovered that Soy and Dairy bothered me even more after isolating them from my diet. So I had to cut a lot of food out of my diet, lost a ton of weight, started having erection issues. My first girlfriend and I were distanced by it, naturally we both were hurt by it and being young we didn't deal with it right.

Now at college I'm gaining weight back, but I'm eating tons of red meat and some unhealthy foods to gain calories. How can I get the calories a 6'1" 170 lb man needs and eat healthily enough to prevent ED from occuring from high cholesterol or other issues? Thanks (me and my girlfriend are getting back together, and I haven't had any erection problems at college so my life isn't bad anyways!) I just don't want ED to happen later
