...Still do not have title...He owes bank.? He keeps giving us the run around on the Title..How can we make him give us a clear title? I paid him 6,500.00 and have a bill of sell and went too get tags and learned there is a lean on it a bank in Conway,Arkansas..He should not be allowed to sell vehicles..
