will this workout routine and diet help me achieve my goal?

Hi, i am 18 years old, 172cm tall and weight 55 kg...i have a fast metabolism and a small frame size...i am quite skinny, small wrists but good sized biceps, i also gain weight mostly in my stomach area but i have not got a belly (only after eating lol), i have got a 4 pack but it is only visible when i stretch the little bit of fat i have over it, one more things ive got a strong chest however they look like man boobs because i use to be really fat before and had lost some serious weight playing football and cycling...

I have a goal which i want to achieve under 12 months and would like to ask you for your opinions weather i will be able to achieve this goal with the routines i am about to follow?

Goal: under 12 months achieve a 6 pack, some good sized muscles (biceps, shoulders, chest, abs...basically the main) and have a small percentage of fat so that i gain definition...

basically i want to look something like this
http://i.ehow.com/images/GlobalPhoto/Articles/2101327/57978orig-main_Full.jpg .... googled the image lol dont know hus it is

    Heres the big plan...

    Diet:
5/6 meals a day - drink cnp pro mass 3 times a day, one after morning jog, one while in college and other after afternoon workout... ( afternoon workout is near bed time so it will be for both, is it ok?)

Things i will be eating include tuna, fish, chicken brest, vegetables, fruits like banana, apple or raisins before workouts or just regularly to give ENERGY and keep healthy...Ill also have pasta, fruit salad, etc...

I WILL DRINK AT LEAST 2.5 LITRES OF WATER A DAY, DRINK ALSO WHILE WORKING OUT (SIPS)

i will also have some natural juices

    Workout routines:
every morning for the 5 week days: 30 mins (1 mile) jogging, will properly warm up and stretch before and after cardio...after cardio proper sit ups, pull ups and press ups.... to warm up ill skip for at least 5 mins then stretch
    saturday morning: swimming

    Monday afternoon: thai boxing
Tuesday: weightlifting for mass, (high weights low reps)..will train biceps, triceps, inner outter chest, shoulders and trapezium
    wednesday: thai boxing
    thursday: rest
    friday: cardio
    saturday: weightlifting
    sunday: weightlifting

please let me know if you have any opinions and what you think of this workout and if i Will be able to achieve my goal?...thank you evryone
