Yes it will be unlocked, locked phones can be unlocked at www.sim-unlocker.com or www.unlock-sim.com i forgot the adress but the Pre-Paid Phones YOU CAN NOT UNLOCK IT!!

Hi we can't tell surely that the phone is unlocked one so after purchasing the HTC TYTN 2 mobile try to use it with one or more GSM sim if it accepts all network sim then it is unlocked one else if it displays any messages like sim invalid ,sim lock and so on once you insert your sim in it then it mean the phone is locked to some other network provider..You can easily unlock it using sites like WickedUnlock.com here they are rendering network unlock code for all mobile models at reliable cost .After unlocking the phone you can freely use it with any GSM sim ..
