I'll have a web site on I'll be looking things up and I'll get a message ,Saying Internet Explorer is not working a screen will come on and it continues to download Explorer and kicks me off why?Whats wrong?

well I haven't more experience on it but I could advise you to download the latest version of Internet Explorer, you can do it from this link http://www.microsoft.com/windows/downloads/ie/getitnow.mspx and also you should to check your internet connection and settings, maybe that can help you to solve your troubles
