Who sings the song "I Remember You" from the 2007 movie "The Invisible"?

I thought perhaps it was Cheap Trick, or Robin Zander (lead singer of Cheap Trick) out on his own, but I haven't been able to find anything under either name. Grrrr! I really like the song and would like to be able to locate it. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks everyone who responds!
