when you're too drunk and the room is spinning, is there a way to make it stop lol?

i had a bit too much last night and it hit me all at once and i was wondering if there's a way to make it stop.

yeah it's kinda of hard to sleep when it feels like you're gonna fall off the bed too

First of all, keep drinking plenty of water to break down the alcohol in your system.
When you find the room spinning, focus your eyes on one stationery spot. This will eventually bring everything back into focus.
