Would a darker skinned person look good with fire truck red hair ?

cause my friend is not REAL dark but pretty dark and she wants to dye the top layer of her hair like fire truck red hair. Would it look good on her. and what other colors would she look good with. and UM do you have any pictures ? thankyuuuu

I don't think that would look that good =/
Hair usually looks really unnatural if it's lighter than your skin colour..unless you're blonde.
